Based on how much time you have, I would suggest doing a mini-cleanse in the ratio of 1:2 Pre/Post Cleanse: Main Cleanse. Meaning if you can only allocate 12 days for total cleanse instead of 28 days - you can do 3 days of Pre-Cleanse, 6 days of Main Cleanse, and 3 Days of Post-Cleanse. This will not only give you a glimpse of how a Cleanse would look/feel like but you will also start experiencing some benefits of the cleanse right away. And you can revisit to do the whole cleanse when you have more time. I would recommend using the same metrics for the mini-cleanse as well, just so you can start tuning into your body’s responsiveness to changes.

You can continue taking your medications while doing the cleanse.
During the Cleanse, you are consuming a whole foods plant based diet, so your nutritional needs will be adequately met and you needn’t worry about any of it. I do recommend, once you are done with the Cleanse, to get blood work done to see if there are any deficiencies and what areas they lie in and adjust your diet accordingly. To get accurate results post cleanse, please complete the blood work prior to any social events or taking any out of town trip.
